DELIVERY INFORMATION

| Introduction |

For all orders shipped within mainland United Kingdom, delivery should be between 24 to 48 hours from
despatch.
All products will be shipped as soon as possible (subject to payment authorisation and availability). Any
items which are out of stock will be shipped as soon as your order is complete or as they become available where
multi-shipment has been requested (please note that by choosing multi-shipments, you agree to pay for each parcel
as it is sent to you).

There are a number of different methods of delivery available on our website. Delivery prices vary
according to the delivery methods and where applicable, upon the size, weight and value of the goods to be
shipped. |

| How much does delivery cost? |
| |
If you want to know how much delivery will cost for your particular order, just put the product(s)
in your basket and checkout. If you have already registered with us, you will have pre-selected your Preferred method
of shipping and the postage will be calculated from that selection. You can however use the delivery method selector
in your account to see the price of other shipping methods for the same parcel and then change the delivery method
for that parcel if you so choose.

| How quickly will I receive my order? |

For all orders shipped within mainland United Kingdom, delivery should be within 24 hours from
despatch. The estimated time to despatch for each product is shown beside the Add to basket link for that item. Where
24 hours is shown, the product is usually in stock. Where a longer period is shown, the timescale reflects the normal
restocking time from us placing an order with our supplier to the goods coming into stock at our warehouse. This
timescale is generally correct, but due to our lack of control over our suppliers stock holding, cannot always be
guaranteed.

| Do I need to sign for my parcel? |

In most cases you do. It is always best to have the parcel Delivered to you personally wherever you
will be during normal working hours, since this helps to ensure that you will receive the parcel quickly and
efficiently. However, if your order is small, light and inexpensive, and you choose to have it sent to you via our
economy service, it may be Delivered to you via Royal Mail 1st Class post and may therefore be Delivered
with your normal mail.
If your parcel is being Delivered to you by courier, but you know you will not be available to sign for it, you can
add a message to your order asking that the order be left safe at your property. Normally the courier will agree to
this, but by making this request you take full responsibility for the parcel and we cannot therefore accept
responsibility for its safe delivery from then on.

| Can I collect my parcel? |

Yes you can. If you live locally and want to pop in to the shop to collect your parcel, thats fine.
Just click the I will collect my order button in your account and we will e-mail you to let you know when your order
is ready for collection (as long as we have a valid e-mail address for you).

| Can you deliver to me outside the United Kingdom? |

Yes. We deliver to most countries Worldwide. However there are a few countries to which we do not
ship as a result of poor service from the delivery agents in those countries. Please refer to the Country pull-down
list found under the delivery address section on your account page to see which countries we ship to.

| My order has been despatched but I have not received it yet? |
| |
Tracking information is shown under the details of your order in your account as soon as your order has been
despatched. If we have a correct e-mail address for you, these details will also be e-mailed to you. Apart from
Royal Mail 1st Class post, all methods of shipping have tracking facilities which include a tracking
number. For each of these methods use the tracking number from your order and follow the links below to go to the
relevant websites and track your parcel:
If your order has been sent via Royal Mail 1st Class post, but you have not received it, we are
obliged to wait 14 days from the date of despatch before Royal Mail will consider the parcel lost and we can
therefore claim for the loss. If your 1st class Royal Mail 1st Class delivery is overdue (not
Delivered within a couple of days from despatch you should try and contact your local Royal Mail delivery depot
as sometimes larger items unable to fit through letter boxes are returned here for collection (often without a
card notifying you of this).

Economy UK Mainland |
| |
This shipping method is available to the UK mainland only, and parcels are usually despatched via
Royal Mail, either 1st Class, Recorded or Special Delivery, although in the case of larger, heavier
parcels, we may be obliged to send the goods via Parcelforce courier , 48 hour service

Express UK Mainland |
| |
This shipping method is suitable for mainland only. In most cases you must be available to sign for the goods
upon receipt. This method of shipping is recommended for all orders over 100 and includes full transit insurance
(except where a request is made by the customer to leave the parcel safe at the delivery address without
signature). Shipments will be despatched via next day courier or a guaranteed next day Royal Mail service such as
Recorded or Special Delivery. Shipping prices are dependant on the size and weight of the goods contained in the
parce

Next Working Day UK Mainland |
| |
This shipping method guarantees next day delivery Monday to Friday excluding bank holidays
(notwithstanding failure to deliver by the delivery agent). Your order must be placed before midday on a weekday
in order that it can be Delivered on the next working weekday. The service is available for mainland UK only
(some areas such as Scottish Highlands are excluded) and you must be available to sign for the goods upon
receipt. It is recommended for any orders Required the next working day and includes full insurance. Shipments
will be despatched via 24hour courier service or Royal Mail Special Delivery

Offshore UK |

This shipping method is available to all offshore UK addresses only such as the Isle of Man, Northern
Ireland, the Scilly Isles and the Scottish Islands. In most cases you must be available to sign for the goods
upon receipt. This method of shipping is recommended for all orders over 100 and includes full transit insurance
(except where a request is made by the customer to leave the parcel safe at the delivery address without
signature). Shipments will be despatched via courier or a guaranteed Royal Mail service such as Recorded or
Special Delivery. Shipping prices dependant on size and weight of the goods contained in the parcel

Economy International |
| |
This shipping method is suitable for all orders to be shipped outside the UK. Parcelforce International takes 3-21 days for delivery, dependant on location. Shipping prices
are calculated on the size and volumetric weight of the goods contained in the parcel. To find out how much
shipping your particular order will cost before submitting an order to us, place your items in your basket and
follow the Checkout procedure. You will then be able to select and view the different shipping methods and the
prices for each. Please note that for all international orders we can only ship to the billing address and PO Box
addresses may not be accepted. Parcel Force is the parcel division of the UK post office and is part of General
Parcel network offering worldwide delivery.

Express International |

This shipping method is suitable for all orders to be shipped outside the UK. DHL Express takes 1-4
days for delivery, dependant on location. Shipping prices are calculated on the size and volumetric weight of the
goods contained in the parcel. To find out how much shipping your particular order will cost before submitting an
order to us, place your items in your basket and follow the Checkout procedure. You will then be able to select
and view the different shipping methods and the prices for each. Please note that for all international orders we
can only ship to the billing address and PO Box addresses may not be accepted.

Tracking your order |

To track your order, please copy the tracking number contained in your e-mail or in your order
history and go to the relevant website via one of the following links

VAT Exempt Orders. |
| |
If this applies to you, the price you will pay for the goods you are buying (not including postage
costs) is the subtotal amount you see at the bottom of the order. You can also avoid paying VAT if you are having
your goods sent to you in the UK, but are taking the goods abroad permanently within 3 months of making the
purchase. You will have to pay the VAT with your order but by following the steps outlined you can reclaim the
VAT content from us. In this case you can request a VAT Reclaim form from us (just add a note requesting this at
our checkout screen). We will complete the relevant parts of this form before sending it to you with your goods.
You will then take the form with you and the goods when you leave the UK and you should ask customs to fill in
their section of the form at the airport, ferry terminal or channel tunnel when you leave the country. When you
reach your destination outside the EU, you can then send the completed form back to us and we will refund the VAT
amount charged to the credit or debit card you used to pay for the order originally.
